Ajax StarterKit Cam Plus Security Overview

The Ajax StarterKit Cam Plus is a comprehensive wireless alarm system designed to deliver advanced security with instant photo verification and reliable multi-channel communication. This complete kit provides everything required to secure homes or offices, effectively combining intrusion detection with visual confirmation of events. At the heart of this solution lies the Hub 2 Plus Jeweller, which integrates Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and dual SIM (4G) connectivity to ensure seamless operation with automatic failover capabilities.

By incorporating a MotionCam detector equipped with an integrated camera, the system captures images upon detecting motion. This allows homeowners and monitoring centers to quickly verify alarms before taking action. The kit also includes a DoorProtect sensor for opening detection on doors and windows, alongside a SpaceControl remote for effortless control of the entire setup.

All components communicate securely using Ajax's proprietary Jeweller protocol for control signals and Wings protocol for image transmission. This dual-protocol approach guarantees encrypted, long-range performance while supporting up to 200 expandable devices. Users can manage their security system from anywhere via the dedicated mobile and desktop applications, receiving instant alerts and real-time notifications.

The HomeSiren provides loud audible alarms to deter intruders and alert occupants during critical events, ensuring a robust defense layer alongside visual verification.
