Send us the store's official written quote for a new computer product. We will review the same product, price, warranty, availability and sale conditions and determine whether we can match the offer.
Before submitting a quote
The quote must be an official written quotation. A price copied from a website is not sufficient because online prices and availability may be outdated.
The product must be new, original and supplied through official South African channels with the applicable local supplier warranty.
The quote must come from a South African retail store or computer shop. Local retail pricing includes South African distribution, warranty and after-sales support costs.
We do not match an importer's price or a distributor's price. Importers and distributors supply the trade under different pricing and account conditions from those offered to end users.
All conditions must be disclosed, including delivery charges, compulsory contracts, subscriptions, trade-ins, payment restrictions or limited promotional terms.
Comparison is like for like: the brand, model, part number, specifications, warranty, availability and sale conditions must correspond.
We do not supply grey imports or products we consider sub-standard. We may recommend a suitable supported alternative, even when it costs more.
