Reviews about Mo-CM90 Corsair M90 vengeance performance MMo + RTS laser gaming mouse
There are 2 reviews. ★★★★★Marko van Emmenis2012-10-17 08:00:39 The M90 is geared towards the Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game and Real Time Strategy fans, but it can also be used by First Person Shooter players. The aluminum metal frame is discreet, but it still stands out. The idea of having most of the programmable buttons around the thumb area is interesting, but could cause some confusion, because the only way to single them out is through small differences in size and shape. Not all buttons are easily assessable, and they are a little hard to click.
Pros: Fifteen programmable buttons, dedicated button for sniper shooting, precise scroll wheel, aluminum metal frame has a futuristic and elegant design, colored USB connector is easy to find behind the PC, nice touch to include a strap to secure the cable.
Cons: Heavy mouse with no weight adjustment system, hard buttons with no visual clue to differentiate. ★★★★★Tobias Smit2012-10-16 18:00:12 The Corsair M90 has 15 buttons, 5700 DPI sensor, 1000Hz polling rate, and on-the-fly DPI changes and all the performance needed. For high speed gamers the high sensitivity sensor allows quick, accurate movements. When it comes to more subtle movements the lower DPI settings allow for very accurate sweeping motions with final adjustments using sniper mode allowing a quick drop to a very low DPI. At the same time the design of the M90 makes for a very comfortable experience allowing for long term use even in tense situations. With a solid aluminum body underneath it is built for the long haul. The software allows for the creation of 50 profiles of which six can be stored onboard allowing an enthusiast to take their configurations with them without the need to install new software. These profiles can be designed for a million different uses and with the prebuilt profiles provided many games will already have many of the best options already mapped out. It fits into the market segment it was designed for. Reviews have been submitted by users and do not necessarily reflect our own opinion.
