ATX 3.1 and PCIe Gen 5.1 ready
The AE850PM PG5 ICE can sustain power excursions of up to 3 times the GPU power and 2 times the total power. It's fully compliant with the Intel ATX 3.1 standard, supporting up to 200% power excursions and achieving 70% efficiency at low loads. Additionally, the included high-quality, native 16-pin cable ensures compatibility with PCIe Gen 5 graphics cards, delivering up to 600 watts of power.

AORUS magnetic plate design
The unique AORUS magnetic plate can be attached to different sides of the power supply based on the user’s preference, presenting the best visual effect from any angle. Additionally, while the plate being moved on the case, its neon color printing with metallic sheen creates solid and hollow special effects for the AORUS logo.

80 PLUS Platinum certified
80 Plus Platinum certified ensures to deliver 92% efficiency at 50% load. The better power efficiency leads to less power waste, less heat and less fan noise.

100% Japanese capacitors
All capacitors are high quality Japanese capacitors, to produce the efficient performance and to ensure the longer reliability.

120mm smart Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) fan
High-performance Fluid Dynamic Bearing fan uses oil film shock absorption technology to effectively reduce noise, making it quieter than conventional sleeve fan and providing more than twice the lifespan. In addition, the fan speed is adjusted according to the automatic power detection and stops when the system is idle or under low load (less than 50% load).

Compact design
GIGABYTE's engineering expertise in heat dissipation and material selection has shrunk the length of the power supply to an impressive 140 mm, ensuring compatibility with even space-constrained chassis.

Fully modular design
All the flat cables are modular design. Installing only the cables you need to reduce clutter, to increase the airflow and to improve the chassis thermal performance.

Powerful single +12V rail
Single +12V rail provides the best power output, stability and compatibility for the hardware. It provides the easiest way to install the power cable. And it is the best design for overclocking.

Protection
In order to make sure the entire computer system to operate stably under any conditions, we not only added protection designs such as OCP, OTP, OVP, OPP, UVP and SCP, but also ensured the stable operation of your system through the safety certification of various countries.
